Feeding support in the comfort of your own home. I’ll sit with you, observe a full feed or a pumping session, and offer hands-on, personalized guidance so you can feel confident, supported, and more at ease.
Virtual Visits
Feeding support wherever you are. Through secure video visits, I’ll observe and guide you in real time so you can feel confident, supported, and at ease.

I am here to help make feeding feel a little bit easier.
Hi, I’m Bethany. I am a registered nurse with a NICU background, an IBCLC, and a mom who knows firsthand the struggles that can come with breastfeeding. I’ve navigated tongue and lip ties, pumping with the wrong flanges, nipple pain, and low milk supply myself.
I’ve shed the tears. I’ve wanted to throw in the towel and give up. But I didn’t - I kept going. And boy, am I glad I did!
I am here to help you feel less alone, to give you the tools and confidence for your own unique journey, and to celebrate your small and big wins along the way! Think of me as your evidence-based cheerleader - here to guide you, troubleshoot with you, and celebrate every little win!
